We currently offer shipping within Kenya to all major towns and cities. For remote locations, please contact our customer service team at nairobitechhub2025@gmail.com to confirm if delivery is possible and to get a shipping quotation. We are continuously evaluating the possibility of expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within Kenya:
- Standard Shipping: This is our most common and economical option. Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. For major urban centers like Nairobi, Mombasa, and Kisumu, delivery is usually within 1-3 business days. Rural areas may take slightly longer.
- Same-Day Delivery: Within Nairobi, we offer a same-day delivery service for orders placed before 6:00 PM EAT on a business day. This service is subject to product availability and specific location within Nairobi and incurs a higher delivery fee. Please check the availability of this option at checkout.
- Pick-up Option: Customers in Nairobi can choose to pick up their orders from our designated pick-up point at Tom Mboya, Nairobi. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation. Pick-up is available Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EAT.”

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical issues, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday
- Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and order processing. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Weight and dimensions of the package: Larger and heavier items may incur higher shipping fees.
- Shipping destination: Deliveries to remote areas may have higher shipping costs.
- Shipping method selected: Same-day delivery options will have higher charges than standard shipping.
The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders meeting certain criteria; please keep an eye on our website for such offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website where you can track the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Delivery Process
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package to the shipping address provided during checkout.
- If no one is available to receive the package, the delivery driver may leave a notification card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or where to collect your package from a designated pick-up point.
- For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at nairobitechhub2025@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will investigate the issue with our delivery partner.
- If your package arrives damaged, please do the following:
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing for it, if possible.
- Take clear photos of the damaged package and the damaged items.
- Contact our customer service team at nairobitechhub2025@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package, providing your order number and the photos. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for security reasons. Please provide a physical delivery address.
8. Changes to Shipping Policy
Techhub.co.ke reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
