2. Reasons for Return:

You may return a product if:

  • The product is defective or not functioning as described upon arrival. Please notify us immediately upon discovering the fault.
  • You received the wrong product. If the product you received is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

5. Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to a defective product, a wrong item shipped, or a discrepancy in the product description, Techhub.co.ke will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pick-up.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item by mistake), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Techhub.co.ke will not be responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping if the packaging is inadequate. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its value.  

6. Inspection and Processing of Returns:

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy.
